Good morning to everyone! We hope you had a great weekend. We’re ready to get things going this week with two new lunch specials. Our first special is a Applewood Ham and Sweet Bourbon Smoker; Applewood Smoked Ham soaked in our own Sweet Bourbon Sauce and placed on toasted Sourdough Bread with fresh Apples and melted Cheddar Cheese.
Our second lunch special is a Fall Flavors Turkey Sandwich; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with homemade Brussel Sprout and Maple Pecan Slaw and placed on Toasted Pumpernickel Bread.
Taste Test Tuesday is here, and we have another delicious Sweetery creation for you to try! Today we are sampling our Chocolate Candy Bar Cake; Moist Chocolate Cake Layers surrounded with a Whipped Frosting full of Toasted Pecans and sweet chocolate bits of those delicious candy bars made by the Hershey company. Our second special is a Bay Area Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham placed between two slices of toasted Sourdough Bread with fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, Banana Peppers, and a delicious Basil Spread.

Today we are sampling our German Chocolate Cake; moist German Chocolate layer cake surrounded with our Homemade Pecan and Coconut Custard Frosting. Good Monday morning! We hope you had a very nice weekend. The weather is changing, and as we’re starting to say goodbye to summer and hello to fall, our lunch specials will be changing as well. So to welcome the weather change, our first special is our California Turkey Melt (Fall Edition); Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey on a flaky Butter Croissant with Bacon, red delicious Apple slices, melted Cheddar Cheese, and fresh Guacamole for a nice creamy finish.
Our second special is a Simply Wonderful Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham topped with Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and Havarti Cheese and placed on toasted Pumpernickel Bread with a bit of Mayo then finished with our own Poppy Seed Dressing.

Well, football is back in our system, and I can’t help but put two specials together that will hopefully make you feel like you’re tailgating on a Saturday afternoon. Our first special is a Pastrami Hero; delicious Pastrami placed on a toasted Whole Wheat Hoagie with fresh Lettuce and Tomatoes, melted Swiss Cheese, crunchy Funions, and finished with a nice Horseradish Dijon Spread.
