Our second special is a Sweets and Beets Ham Pita; Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham tucked placed on toasted Pita Bread with fresh Arugula, Provolone Cheese, Pickled Beets, Sweet Potato fries, and finished with our Honey Mustard Dressing.

Our first special is a Spicy Pimiento Cheese and Ham Grill; our Homemade Pimiento Cheese sweetened up a little with Sriracha Hot Sauce and a touch of Cayenne Pepper, Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham, and fresh Tomatoes placed on Country White Bread with a delicious Scallion Cream Cheese Spread and grilled to gooey perfection!
Our second special is an Italian Roast Beef Panini; our slow cooked Roast Beef placed on a Telera Roll with Giardinera Relish, Provolone Cheese, and Sun – Dried Tomato Aioli served hot!
Once again it’s Taste Test Tuesday, and we have another delicious treat for you! Today we will sample our Apple Date Pound Cake; a moist pound cake recipe filled with Apples, Dates, Pecans, and Coconut, and finished with our Homemade Caramel Frosting. It is definitely a Monday morning! Now that we have everything caught up, here are this week’s lunch specials. We are celebrating Octoberfest with our first lunch special, Beer Brats: Bratwurst cooked in a nice German Ale and tucked in a toasted bun with our homemade Ale House Mustard and topped with delicious Sauerkraut. To finish this special off, we are serving a side of German Potato Salad on the side. Enjoy!
Our second lunch special is a Fresh Autumn Salad Wrap; Grilled Chicken sliced and placed on a fresh Salad Blend with sliced fresh Pears, Toasted Pecans, and Gorgonzola Cheese and finished with a homemade Cranberry Vinaigrette. And just in case you’re in a hurry, we’re placing all of this goodness in a flour Tortilla.
It’s Taste Test Tuesday today! It’s October, and right now all I can think about is Pumpkins. And that’s what today’s cake is, Marbled Pumpkin Layer Cake; Our own Pumpkin Cake Batter swirled with our Yellow Cake Batter to create a delicious tasting Marbled layer cake surrounded with (you’re going to love this) Pumpkin Pie Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting with Maple Toasted Pecans! Good morning! It’s a little rainy outside, and Fall is settling in, so let’s give you a couple of nice lunch specials fitting for this time of year. Our first special is Chili Frito Salad; Homemade Chili placed on a bed of lettuce mix and accompanied with shredded cheddar, tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, and finished with helping of those delicious Frito Lays corn chips.
Our second special is a Honey Turkey BLT; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with crisp Bacon, local Honey, fresh Arugula, Tomatoes, and Red Onions, and placed on a toasted French Baguette with a creamy Avocado Salsa Spread.
