Our first special is a Grilled Chicken Banh Mi; Grilled Chicken Breast placed on a toasted French Baguette with Pickled Veggies, fresh Cucumbers, Jalapeno Peppers, and Cilantro, and finished with a spicy Sriracha Mayo. Our second lunch special is a Ham Muffuletta; Applewood Smoked Ham topped with a delicious Tapenade, Melted Provolone Cheese, and fresh Lettuce, and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with a Herb Mayo to finish it off. It’s Taste Test Tuesday, and today we’re enjoying a favorite summertime treat! Today, we will be sampling our Orange Dreamsicle Cake; Moist Orange Cake with a smooth Vanilla Custard between each layer, and surrounded with our Cream Cheese Frosting. Our first special is a BBQ Mop Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham tossed in our homemade Bourbon BBQ Mop Sauce and placed on a toasted Potato Bun with Honey Mustard. And you can bet we’re serving this sandwich with a side of homemade Brussel Sprout and Kale Slaw. Our second special is a Southwestern Cobb Salad Wrap; a Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla loaded with Lettuce, Turkey, Jalapeno Bacon, Queso Blanco, Avocado, freshly made Black Bean Salsa, and Hard Boiled Eggs, and served with a side of Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette Dressing.
