It’s Taste Test Tuesday today! It’s Autumn, and right now all I can think about is Pumpkin. And that’s what today’s cake is, Marbled Pumpkin Layer Cake; Our own Pumpkin Cake Batter swirled with our Yellow Cake Batter to create a delicious tasting Marbled layer cake surrounded with (you’re going to love this) Pumpkin Pie Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting with Maple Toasted Pecans! Good morning! It’s going to be another fabulous fall week, and we have two more lunch specials for you to enjoy. Our first special is a Down South Banh Mi; Delicious Pulled Pork BBQ topped with Pickled Veggies and Dill Pickle, and placed on a toasted French Baguette with Spicy Honey Mustard. Our second lunch special is a Fresh Autumn Salad Wrap; Grilled Chicken sliced and placed with a fresh Salad Blend, sliced Pears, Toasted Pecans and Craisins, Gorgonzola Cheese, and finished with an Apple Cider Vinaigrette. And just in case you’re in a hurry, we’re placing all of this goodness in a flour Tortilla.
Good Monday morning! We hope you had a very nice weekend. The weather is changing, and as we’re starting to say goodbye to summer and hello to fall, our lunch specials will be changing as well. So to welcome the weather change, our first special is our California Turkey Melt (Fall Edition); Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey on a flaky Butter Croissant with Bacon, red delicious Apple slices, melted Cheddar Cheese, and fresh Guacamole for a nice creamy finish. Our second lunch special is a Ranch House Roast Beef Sandwich; slow cooked Roast Beef soaked in Au Jus and topped with melted American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with our own Horseradish Ranch Dressing.
It’s’ Taste Test Tuesday, and we have a really delicious cake for you to sample. Today’s cake is called a Southern Russian; Black Russian cake layers, with a Dark Cherry Bourbon Chocolate Mousse placed between them, and iced with our Cream Cheese Frosting. Our first special is favorite of mine, a Charred Beer Onion Chicken Sandwich; Grilled Marinated Chicken topped with sliced Cubanelle and Poblano Peppers and Onions, Homemade Red Pepper Sauce, and melted Cheddar Cheese, then placed on a Toasted Onion Roll with Peppercorn Mayo. Our second special is a Roast Beef and Watercress Sandwich; our slow cooked Roast Beef topped with melted Muenster Cheese and a delicious Watercress Salad placed on a toasted French Baguette with a little Horseradish to finish it off. We’ve moved Taste Test Tuesday to Thursday this week, so here is our Taste Test Thursday Cake: the Heaven and Hell Cake; Moist Devil’s Chocolate Cake layers and fluffy Angel’s Food Cake Layers with Peanut Butter Mousse separating them and finally covered in our Cooked Fudge Frosting.
