Taste Test Tuesday

Good morning, and happy Taste Test Tuesday!  Today we will be sampling our Pecan Pie!  A family recipe, our pie has graced tables (and taste buds) as far back as anyone can remember. Filled with pecans, eggs, butter, and sugar, this is the Ultimate Southern Dessert!  Didn’t get enough at Thanksgiving?  Now is your chance to try this Tasty Holiday Treat!

Lunch Specials

Good morning! We hope you had a wonderful weekend. We have two new lunch specials this week, so let’s tell you about them. Our first special is a Teriyaki Beef Wrap; slow cooked Roast Beef soaked in a delicious Sesame Teriyaki Marinade and placed in a Flour Tortilla with fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes, Bean Sprouts, and Havarti Cheese. This scrumptious wrap is served with a side of our homemade Teriyaki Honey Mustard Dressing!  Our second special is a Grilled Chicken Muffuletta; a warm Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, and homemade Olive Spread placed on a toasted Onion Roll with just enough Herb Mayo to bring it all together.

Lunch Specials

Good morning! It’s Thanksgiving week and we’re busy baking so that we may make your Turkey dinner a little sweeter. But we’re also going to get you in the spirit with our lunch specials. Our first special is The “Rachel”; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with Sauerkraut and melted Swiss Cheese then placed on toasted Rye Bread with our own Honey Mustard and 1000 Island Dressing (okay, it’s a Turkey Reuben).  Our second lunch special is the Holiday Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham topped with melted Gouda Cheese, fresh Lettuce, and Homemade Cranberry Relish, then placed on Toasted Whole Wheat Bread with our own Herb Mayo to bring it all together.  It was such a hit last week that we decided to keep it for one more week!

Our first special is a Turkey Apple Jack; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with sauteed Peppers and Mushrooms, Bacon, melted Cheddar Cheese, and Apple Butter, and placed between two slices of Toasted Pumpernickel Bread with a tasty Basil Mayo to finish it off. Our second lunch special is the Holiday Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham topped with melted Gouda Cheese, fresh Lettuce, and Homemade Cranberry Relish, then placed on Toasted Whole Wheat Bread with our own Herb Mayo to bring it all together.

Taste Test Tuesday

It’s Taste Test Tuesday today! You’ve been asking, and now it is here!  Our Marbled Pumpkin Layer Cake; Our own Pumpkin Cake Batter swirled with our Yellow Cake Batter to create a delicious tasting Marbled layer cake surrounded with (you’re going to love this) Pumpkin Pie Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting with Maple Toasted Pecans!
