Taste Test Tuesday is here once again, and we’re going to get you ready for Memorial Day with one of our favorite cakes, our “Berry Patriotic” Cake; one moist layer infused with fresh strawberries, another moist layer infused with fresh blueberries, covered with our special whipped cream cheese frosting. Our first special is a Cuban Wrapini; Applewood Smoked Ham, Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, Homemade Mojo Slaw, and Yellow Mustard tucked in a Flour Tortilla and Grilled to perfection. Our second special is a Light n’ Blue Ham Sandwich; Applewood Smoked Ham placed between two slices of Toasted Wheatberry Bread and accompanied with our homemade Honey Mustard, fresh Lettuce, Havarti Cheese, and a delicious Blueberry Jam for a nice burst of flavor.
