Taste Test Tuesday

Howdy all!  It’s Taste Test Thursday and we are sharing with you our Key Lime Pineapple Punch Cake; Two Key Lime Cake Layers with fresh Pineapple between each layer, and surrounded with our Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting.  This cake is great for the summer picnics and cook outs.  Stop in today, and let us know what you think!  And have a very enjoyable summer!

Lunch Specials

Good morning to all! We hope the long weekend was enjoyable for everyone. Let’s talk about our great lunch specials. Our first special is a Ham, Cheddar, and Apple Sandwich: Our Applewood Smoked Ham placed on Country White Bread with fresh Lettuce, Bacon, fresh Apple Slices, Cheddar Cheese, and finished with a little Mayo and our Homemade Honey Mustard. Our second special is an Oregon Tuna Melt;  a special Tuna Salad Blend topped with pickles and Swiss Cheese and placed on a French Baguette with Dijon Mustard and a bit of Mayo.  All of this goodness is grilled to perfection and served hot!  Have a great week, and we’ll see you for lunch!

Taste Test Tuesday

Taste Test Tuesday is here once again, and we’re going to get you ready for Memorial Day with one of our favorite cakes, our “Berry Patriotic” Cake; one moist layer infused with fresh strawberries, another moist layer infused with fresh blueberries, and covered with our special whipped cream cheese frosting.  After sampling this cake today, you will want one for your cookout this weekend!  Stop in and let us know what you think!

Lunch Specials

Hello and happy Monday morning to everyone!  We hope you had a wonderful weekend. We have two more delicious lunch specials for you this week. Our first special is a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap; Grilled Chicken Breast, fresh Tomatoes, Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese tucked in a Flour Tortilla with a Creamy Caesar Dressing.   Our second special is a Mushroom and Swiss Roast Beef Sandwich; our Slow Cooked Roast Beef dipped in Au Jus and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with fresh Lettuce, Baby Portabello Mushrooms in Gravy, Melted Swiss Cheese, and to finish it off we add a little Mayo and Honey Mustard.  Have a great week, and we will see you for lunch!

Come in today and sample our Neapolitan Cake; One Chocolate Cake Layer, One Strawberry Cake Layer, and One Yellow Cake Layer stacked together with fresh Strawberries between them and surrounded with our Cream Cheese Frosting. Good mornin’! We hope all you Mamas had a deservedly wonderful weekend!  This week we have two more delicious lunch specials fitting for this summer weather!  Our first special is a Cuban Wrapini; Applewood Smoked Ham, Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey, Swiss Cheese, Pickles, Homemade Mojo Slaw, and Yellow Mustard tucked in a Flour Tortilla and Grilled to perfection.   Our second lunch special is a Bacon, Avocado, and Egg Salad Sandwich; Our Homemade Egg Salad placed on Country White Toast with fresh Lettuce, Bacon, Avocado Slices, and Yellow Mustard to finish it off. Lunch Specials

Happy Monday Morning! We hope everyone had a great weekend to enjoy the amazing weather. We have two more delicious lunch specials this week, so let’s get to it. Our first lunch special is an Antipesto Sandwich; Ham and Pastrami topped with melted Provolone cheese and a Marinated Vegetable Medley of Artichokes, Banana Peppers, Mushrooms, and Roasted Red Peppers, and placed on a Toasted Onion Roll with Basil Mayo.  Our second specials everyone’s favorite, the California Turkey Melt; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on a toasted croissant with fresh tomatoes, melted Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole, sprouts, and finished with our own Bacon-Onion Spread.

Taste Test Tuesday

Good morning, Buenos Dias, and Konnichiwa!  It’s Taste Test Tuesday, and we are celebrating Cinco de Mayo this week with our Tres Leches Cake!  Our tribute to this Mexican holiday is a delicious yellow cake soaked with three types of milk and given a light whipped frosting.  Our Tres Leches Cake is perfect during the warm weather months, and goes great with your favorite fresh fruit.  Stop in today and let us know what you think!
