And for all of the parents that enjoyed their eLearning experience this year, feel free to order this special as well! ur second special is a Mushroom and Swiss Roast Beef Sandwich; our Slow Cooked Roast Beef dipped in Au Jus and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with fresh Lettuce, Baby Portabello Mushrooms in Gravy, Melted Swiss Cheese, and to finish it off we add a little Mayo. Our first special is a Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap; Grilled Chicken Breast, fresh Tomatoes, Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese tucked in a Flour Tortilla with a Creamy Caesar Dressing. Our second special is a Beer Mop Ham Sandwich: Applewood Smoked Ham tossed in a homemade Beer Mop Sauce and topped with Tomatoes and melted Havarti Cheese and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with a little Honey Mustard.
Taste Test Tuesday is here once again, and we’re going to get you ready for Memorial Day with one of our favorite cakes, our “Berry Patriotic” Cake; one moist layer infused with fresh strawberries, another moist layer infused with fresh blueberries, and covered with our special whipped cream cheese frosting. Happy Cinco de Mayo! Not only is it Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday, but it’s also Taste Test Tuesday, and we are celebrating today and this week with our Tres Leches Cake! Our tribute to this Mexican holiday is a delicious yellow cake soaked with three types of milk and given a light whipped frosting.
