Good morning! I’m pushing it close, so let’s talk lunch specials. Our first special is a Market Ham Sandwich; Black Forest Ham topped with melted Gouda Cheese, fresh Red Onions, and finished with a delicious Dark Cherry and Pear Chutney. All this deliciousness is placed between two slices of toasted Pumpernickel Bread.
Our second special is a Grilled Ghicken and Vegetable Hero; Grilled Chicken topped with Roasted Vegetables, fresh Basil, and a homemade Olive Tapenade, then placed on a toasted Whole Wheat Hoagie with a dab of light mayo to finish it off.
We have some really great news this week to share with you! Also, we want to welcome back all of the teachers and students. We hope everyone has a great year. It’s been a whirlwind of a morning, but here is our Taste Test Tuesday Cake: the Heaven and Hell Cake; Moist Devil’s Chocolate Cake layers and fluffy Angel’s Food Cake Layers with Peanut Butter Mousse separating them and finally covered in our Cooked Fudge Frosting. Good Monday morning everyone! We hope you had a fantastic weekend, and we want to keep that going for this week. We have two more lunch specials that will keep you smiling so let’s get to it. Our first lunch special is Too Good of a Turkey Sandwich; our Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on a toasted French Roll and topped with Honey, Bacon, fresh Arugula, Tomatoes, and Red Onions, homemade Guacamole Salsa, and finished with a spicy bacon aioli.
Our second special is Korean BBQ Sliders; Shredded pork tossed in a Korean BBQ Marinade and placed in Steamed Buns and served with a side of homemade Bok Choy, Apple, and Carrot Slaw.

It’s raining, it’s pouring, it’s Taste Test Tuesday and we have a cake that should brighten up your day. Today’s cake is our Banana Split Cake; two Banana Cake Layers filled with Pecans and Chocolate Chips and separated by one of our Strawberry Cake Layers. Then we put fresh Pineapple between two layers and strawberries between the other two. To finish it off, we surround this cake with our Cream Cheese Frosting and top it with our Cooked Fudge Frosting. Stop in today for your slice and let us know what you think.

Our first special is an Heirloom Tomato BLT; Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes from Concord Produce, Applewood Bacon, and a Crisp Spring Salad Blend placed on Country White bread with our own Pimiento Aioli.
Our next lunch special is an Italian Steak Sub; our Slow Cooked Roast Beef topped with Italian Giardiniera Vegetables, roasted Sweet Onions, and melted Provolone Cheese, then placed on a toasted Ciabatta Roll with a delicious Parsley and Basil Mayo.

It’s Taste Test Tuesday today! Last week we did a secret sampling of a new cake called Tropical Carolina. It was such a hit that we decided to have everyone sample it today! So today we officially introduce to you the Tropical Carolina Cake; two Orange Cake layers surrounded with our own whipped Cream Cheese Frosting and hidden inside is a tropical mixture of Toasted Coconut, Pineapple, and Maraschino Cherries. This cake definitely takes me ocean side. Come in for lunch today and let us know what you think.

Our first lunch special this week is a Honeydew Chicken Wrap; sliced Grilled Chicken placed in a flour tortilla with fresh Spring Salad Blend and homemade Honeydew and Cantaloupe Salsa.
Our second lunch special is an Antipesto Sammy; Ham and Pastrami topped with melted Provolone cheese and a Marinated Vegetable Medley of Artichokes, Banana Peppers, Mushrooms, and Roasted Red Peppers, and placed on a Toasted Onion Roll with Basil Mayo.

It’s Taste Test Tuesday, and I am very excited to share a new cake with you. Today’s cake is what we are calling the Funky Monkey! Chocolate Banana Layer Cake with Peanut Butter Mousse between each layer, and then surrounded with a Salted Caramel Frosting. Our second special is a Miami Breeze Sub; Applewood Bacon topped with Roasted Red Peppers, Pepper Jack Cheese, and a homemade Black Bean Salad then placed on a toasted French Roll with a Caribbean Aioli to bring everything together.
