Our first special is a Grilled Cuban Sandwich: Slow cooked Pork Carnitas topped with Applewood Ham, Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and Dijon Mustard all placed on a Torta Bun and grilled to perfection! Our second special is a Turkey, Bacon, and Apple Sandwich: delicious Honey Chipotle Turkey topped with Thick Sliced Applewood Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Crunchy Sweet Green Apple Slices and placed on a toasted Croissant with Chipotle Mayo. Good Morning! It’s a special day, because we moved Taste Test Tuesday to Taste Test Friday. So… Today we will begin our celebration of St. Patrick’s Day by sampling our Chocolate Guinness Cake; Smooth Chocolate Cake layers made with Guinness Beer and surrounded with our delicious Bailey’s Cream Cheese Frosting. All week long we’re going to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, so our first special is our Irish Panini; Corn Beef placed between to slices of Pumpernickel Bread with Red Potatoes, Sauerkraut, Pickled Red Onions, Provolone Cheese, and Dijon Mustard. This truly is an amazing sandwich! Our second special is a bowl of Irish Potato Soup and Open faced Roast Beef Sandwich; a warm bowl of homemade Irish Potato Soup alongside an Open Faced Roast Beef Sandwich on toasted White Bread with Roasted Veggies and melted Monterey Jack Cheese.

Our first special is a Turkey and Roasted Veggie Panini; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with Roasted Spring Vegetables, and Provolone Cheese, placed between two slices of Country White Bread with our own Dijonaise spread, and grilled to perfection. Our second special this week is a Big Apple Style Pastrami Sandwich; Thin sliced Pastrami, soaked in au jus and piled high on Toasted Rye Bread with melted Havarti Cheese, Pickles, and finished with a deliciously tangy Horseradish Spread.
