Good morning everyone! Are you ready for this week’s lunch specials? Our first special is a B-L-A-S-T-E-D Sandwich; Bacon, Lettuce, Pickled Asparagus, Tomatoes, and a Hard Boiled Egg on Toasted Sourdough Bread with Dijon Mustard. Our second special is The “Rachel”; Peppercorn Cured Turkey topped with Sauerkraut and melted Swiss Cheese then placed on toasted Rye Bread with Pickles, our own Honey Mustard, and 1000 Island Dressing (okay, it’s a Turkey Reuben).
We have a great week planned, so we hope to see you at some point. Two good reasons to come in are our lunch specials. Our first lunch special is a Southwest Roast Beef Panini; our slow cooked roast beef topped with fresh veggies, Monterey Jack Cheese, avocado, and mayo, placed on a bolillo roll and grilled to perfection.
Our second special is Turkey Apple Jack; Bourbon roasted peppercorn turkey topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions, bacon, and cheddar cheese, and placed on whole wheat bread with Apple butter and basil mayo. Once this is together, we place it on the grill for all the flavors to come together to make a delicious lunch time treat.
We’re busy this week as we turn the corner and head towards Thanksgiving and we have a great week planned. Place your orders for next week and send a cake to a friend or family member for the holidays.
