Good morning to all! We hope the weekend was enjoyable for everyone. Let’s talk about our great lunch specials. Our first special once again is a Thank You to our teachers; fresh cantaloupe with a scoop of our homemade Chicken Salad, Deviled Eggs, fresh Grapes, and a few Carrots and Celery Sticks to finish it off. Our second special is a Mushroom and Swiss Roast Beef Sandwich; our Slow Cooked Roast Beef dipped in Au Jus and placed on a toasted Onion Roll with fresh Lettuce, Baby Portabello Mushrooms in Gravy, Melted Swiss Cheese, and to finish it off we add a little Mayo and Honey Mustard.
