Good Monday morning to ya! We had a great weekend making new friends at the Charleston Wine and Food Festival, so we want to say thanks again for the warm hospitality. Now it’s back to another busy week, so I quickly want to tell you about this week’s lunch specials. Our first special is a Southwestern Turkey Club; Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed on Toasted Whole Wheat Bread with fresh Guacamole, Lettuce, Bacon, and finished with a homemade Salsa mayo.
Our second special is a Beef and Blue Wrap; our Slow Cooked Roast Beef placed in a Flour Tortilla with Roasted Red Peppers, Mixed Greens, Blue Cheese Crumbles, and a delicious Dijon-Thyme Spread to bring it all together.
