Top of the mornin’ to ya! It’s going to be an exciting and fun week here, so let’s go ahead and get things started by telling you about this week’s lunch specials. Our first special is Asian BBQ Sliders; slow cooked pork, shredded and tossed in a homemade Southern Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, topped with Ginger Pickled Veggies, and placed in Steamed Buns with a touch of Wasabi Mayo.
All week long we are going to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! So, our second special is our Irish Panini; Corn Beef placed between to slices of Rye Bread with Red Potatoes, Pickled Red Onions, Provolone Cheese, and Dijon Mustard. This truly is an amazing sandwich!
