Good morning to everyone! We hope you had a great St. Paddy’s Day. It’s a bit cool outside, so let’s warm you up with our lunch specials. Our first special is a Cuban Panini; slow cooked Pork Tenderloin and our Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey topped with pickled Jalapeno Peppers, Pickle Slices, Swiss Cheese, fresh Cilantro, and Dijon Mustard, and placed between two slices of Pumpernickel Bread.
Our second lunch special is our Bistro Beef Sandwich; our slow cooked Roast Beef placed on a Toasted Onion Roll, topped with Caramelized Onions, Tomatillo Relish, Havarti Cheese, and Peppercorn Mayo.
