Good morning to everyone! We’re drying off from yesterday’s rain, and getting started for the week. Let me quickly tell you about this week’s lunch specials. Our first special was enjoyed so much last week that we are offering it again. So, here it is, our Thank You Teachers Lunch Plate; fresh cantaloupe with a scoop of our homemade Chicken Salad, fresh Grapes, Carrot Sticks, Celery Sticks, and two savory Deviled Eggs. Once again teachers, thank you for all that you do.
Our second special is a Mediterranean Turkey Stacker; our Bourbon Peppercorn Turkey placed between two slices of toasted Whole Wheat Bread with fresh Spinach, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Cucumbers, Kalamata Olives, homemade Herb Mayo, and finished with a delicious Feta Vinaigrette Dressing.
