Good morning! This week we will be celebrating St. Patrick and all the joy that he brings this time of year. Let’s start with our lunch specials. Our first special is an Irish Panini; Corn Beef placed between to slices of Pumpernickel Bread with Red Potatoes, Pickled Red Onions, Provolone Cheese, and Dijon Mustard. This truly is an amazing sandwich!
Our second special is our version of Shepherd’s Pie; ground beef in a delicious Au Jus Gravy with Peas, Carrots, and Onions placed in a flaky Pie Crust and topped with mashed Cauliflower and melted Cheddar Cheese.
