LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR THANKSGIVING – NOVEMBER 15TH – WE WILL NOT SHIP NOVEMBER 21ST THROUGH 27TH.
LAST DAY TO ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS – DECEMBER 13TH – WE WILL NOT SHIP DECEMBER 21st THROUGH 31 ST.
WE WILL RESUME REGULAR SHIPPING JANUARY 3rd.
2017 Summer Shipping: Due to the South’s Hot summer, all Cakes and Pies must be shipped Next Day Air. June through August.
If you are not totally pleased with our products The Sweetery will replace your order or give you store credit, whichever you prefer. Simply return the unused portion in the original shipping container within seven days.
To maintain our fresh product to you, The Sweetery ships ONLY on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
To further ensure freshness, Ground Shipping is only available for select destinations within a 2-Day Delivery Zone. All other destinations MUST ship 2-Day or quicker. Please call (800) 752-1188 with any questions.
How can baked items shipped by mail arrive in table ready condition?
The Sweetery uses only the freshest and finest ingredients in our desserts. We hand pack each order. For those products with cream cheese, we use a cooler with an ice pack and promptly ship your order arriving on the date you specify.
We guarantee our shipments.
In the unlikely event that damage has occurred, you will be issued a credit or we will promptly replace your order.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders that require special shipping needs will incur an additional cost. Overnight air is available upon special request with an additional charge.
We ship all of our products to the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Western United states, and Canada, please call for shipping costs.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can only be delivered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please call for rates in advance.
